Search and browse the full exercise database — including your box's custom exercises. Look up movement standards, find alternatives, or break down any named workout (FRAN, MURPH, your own creations) with reps, weights, and structure.

Class Schedules — Read & Write

View the week or month of classes for any box you have access to, filter by track, room, or trainer. Owners and Trainers can cancel a class (with an automatic notification to participants), bulk-cancel a date range, message all registrants, register or unregister members, and check people in on the day — all from a single AI conversation.

AI-Generated Coaching Content

Use the backend's GPT integration to generate scaling options, lesson plans, coach's notes, and exercise / workout write-ups in the languages you support. The AI runs against your existing BoxPlanner context, so suggestions are box-aware.

Storefront, Inventory & Sales Reporting

See your full product catalog and SKU-level stock. Run "what's selling" reports, sort by top revenue, drill into a specific product to see who bought what and when, and adjust inventory counts in bulk to fix drift after manual sales. Catch low-stock items before customers do.

Payments & SEPA (Owner+)

List member payments, filter by status / due date / SEPA coverage, preview a SEPA export before generating it, and chase unpaid balances. Read the per-member mandate state and totals without leaving the AI chat.

Your data stays scoped to your existing BoxPlanner roles — Members see what Members see, Trainers see their boxes, Owners see their boxes, Admins see the platform. Every API call is logged against your personal key, which you can revoke at any time. The key is yours alone; nothing leaves your AI conversation that you wouldn't already see when you log in.
