Exercise & Workout Library

Search and browse the full exercise database — including your box's custom exercises. Look up movement standards, find alternatives, or break down any named workout (FRAN, MURPH, your own creations) with reps, weights, and structure.

Class Schedules — Read & Write

View the week or month of classes for any box you have access to, filter by track, room, or trainer. Owners and Trainers can create new classes (single one-offs or recurring slots), edit existing classes (time, capacity, room, reservation windows), cancel a class with an automatic notification to participants, bulk-cancel a date range, reassign trainers, message all registrants, announce newly-created classes to members, register or unregister members, and check people in on the day — all from a single AI conversation.

AI-Generated Coaching Content

Use the backend's GPT integration to generate scaling options, lesson plans, coach's notes, and exercise / workout write-ups in the languages you support. The AI runs against your existing BoxPlanner context, so suggestions are box-aware.

News & Member Communication

Post box news directly from your AI chat — drafts, scheduled posts, or instant announcements with optional email blast, in-app notification, and Facebook cross-posting. List, edit, or delete past posts. (Owners and Trainers; broadcasts only fire when you explicitly say so.) Admins can additionally publish system-wide announcements that reach every customer box on the platform.

Box KPIs & Retention

One question, one dashboard: members, revenue, classes, product sales, SEPA coverage, fill rate, no-show rate, top trainers, top sellers — for any period you choose, with optional prior-period comparison. Numbers match the membersPlus dashboard exactly because they share the same underlying calculations. Get a per-channel breakdown (Members / DropIns / Wellpass / Wellhub) of Regulars vs Occasionals, and surface at-risk members — people who attended last month but stopped this month (Lapsed) or were Regulars now drifting (Declining) — with contact info so you can act before they cancel.

Storefront, Inventory & Sales Reporting

See your full product catalog and SKU-level stock. Run "what's selling" reports, sort by top revenue, drill into a specific product to see who bought what and when, and adjust inventory counts in bulk to fix drift after manual sales. Catch low-stock items before customers do.

Payments & SEPA (Owner+)

List member payments, filter by status / due date / SEPA coverage, preview a SEPA export before generating it, and chase unpaid balances. Read the per-member mandate state and totals without leaving the AI chat.

Retrieve every file BoxPlanner stores for your box — your own BoxPlanner invoices, signed SEPA mandate PDFs per member, contracts, T&Cs, receipts — with a single AI question. List by category (prefix="Invoice"), drill into one member's folder, or pull every member's signed SEPA mandate at once for an audit. Upload new documents (PDFs, Office files, scans) and delete obsolete ones, all from the chat.

Daily Roster

Ask "who's coming today?" and get every participant across every class on a single day — class time, trainer, registered/attended/waitlist/drop-in flags, with member contact info for Owners. One call per day, no schedule-by-schedule clicking.

Member Photos & Box Logo

Generate a new profile picture or box logo with your AI assistant, then upload it without leaving the chat. Replace an existing photo and the old format is cleaned up automatically — no orphan blobs. Pair with get_image_url to ask "does this member have a photo set?" before regenerating.

Members, Roles & Access

Find members by tag, email, or last-active date. See who has Trainer or Owner roles in which boxes. Verify access before making changes. Tag-based segments (e.g. "all Wellpass members without a 20-card") are one prompt away.

Manage Multiple Boxes

If you own or administer more than one box, switch the active box mid-conversation — your AI then operates against the new box for follow-up tools that infer the box from your identity (news posting, KPIs, dashboards).

Security

Your data stays scoped to your existing BoxPlanner roles — Members see what Members see, Trainers see their boxes, Owners see their boxes, Admins see the platform. Every API call is logged against your personal key, which you can revoke at any time. The key is yours alone; nothing leaves your AI conversation that you wouldn't already see when you log in.
