USC Integration

This is a subscription to activate the Urban Sports Club (USC) integration component of BoxPlanner.

What it does

• Publishes your class schedule to Urban Sports Club automatically.
• USC members book your classes in the USC app - they are registered in BoxPlanner automatically.
• Bookings, cancellations and check-ins sync back to BoxPlanner in near real time.
• Free Training: USC members link their USC membership and check in via the USC app; the check-in is recorded in BoxPlanner.
• Flat monthly fee, no per-booking charges.

Prerequisites

• A partner agreement with Urban Sports Club.
• Your USC Provider ID, Location ID and API credentials (provided by USC).

Setup in minutes

1. Sign up for the subscription.
2. Enter your USC Provider ID, Location ID and credentials in Box Settings -> Third-Party Integrations -> Urban Sports Club.
3. Click "Verify Credentials", then "Sync Master Data" and "Sync Schedule".
4. Done - your classes are published to USC and bookings flow back automatically.
